Bedford Ladies v Arlesey Town Ladies Reserves

Player Player: General
Manager's Player: Debs

Arlesey made a very bright start and dominated for the first 20 minutes. Pickles saw a good shot just going wide after 15 minutes . Clever link up play between General and Steph created some good chances but Arlesey couldn’t convert them into a goal.

After 25 minutes Arlesey conceded a corner and against the run of play Bedford converted their first chance: 1 - 0.

Arlesey had a couple of chances after the re-start, Debs putting one chance wide. The play was back and forth for the next 10 minutes. Arlesey then gave away a free kick on the edge of the box that Bedford put straight in over the keeper: 2 - 0.

Arlesey started the second half needing an early goal to get themselves back into it. Again Steph and General linked up well to create a couple of good chances. Bedford broke early in the second half and found themselves one on one with the keeper. This was slotted away: 3 - 0.

Arlesey had a bad 20 minute spell and conceded 2 more goals: 5 - 0.

The team pulled together for the final 20 minutes creating some chances but were unable to find the back of the net.
